The Wild Yeast Sourdough Boule Story:

A long fermentation period (up to 72 hours) and freshly milled organic spelt and rye berries makes this a fresh tasting bread that is easy to digest. Hand shaped into a lovely round boule.

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, levain (natural sourdough starter) organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, salt.
