Wild Yeast Sourdough
The Wild Yeast Sourdough Batard Story:
This dough goes slow. A fermentation period of up to 72 hours and freshly milled organic spelt and rye berries make this a fresh tasting bread that is easy to digest. Hand shaped into a Batard. Break off a piece and pass it down.
Ingredients:
King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, levain (natural sourdough starter) organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, salt.
