The French Country Boule Story:

Organic rye and spelt berries are milled in house for our classic French Country dough. Hand shaped into a boule because sometimes round is just what you need. We can slice this one if you’d like.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, organic spelt berries, organic rye berries , sea salt, yeast.
