The Marble Rye Story:

Our Wild Yeast Sourdough starter is the base for this traditional rye bread. Caraway seeds, molasses and honey add flavor. Cocoa and coffee grinds are mixed in to create the trademark color. Note to Seinfeld fans: Try not to fight over this.

Ingredients:

Rye flour, King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, levain (natural sourdough starter), organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, caraway seeds, molasses, honey, sea salt, olive oil, coffee grinds, cocoa, yeast.
