The French Country 3 Grain Story:

This is the bread that started it all. Originally hand shaped into batards and baguettes when the bakery was founded, it wasn’t long before we shaped this into a 60 oz loaf lovingly called the Mega. This is it cut in half and sliced – the Half Mega.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, sea salt, yeast.
