The Red Pepper & Olive Ciabatta Story:

A little more dense and with red pepper, kalamata and green olives for sophisticated flavor. Think of this as the cool espresso drinking cousin of the Roman Focaccia. We also bake a garlic ciabatta.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, Kalamata olives, green olives, roasted red bell peppers, sea salt, yeast.
