"Hi! We met you and your son at Mrs. Greens in Stamford and bought two loaves of your bread. My husband and I agree that we have never tasted bread this good in France! My husband was born and raised in Europe and I've spent over 15 years there so we know good bread when we see it and we're delighted to find yours at Mrs. Greens. We have not had a decent loaf in the 4 years we've lived in the States and now you have created something beyond our dreams!
THANK YOU!"
